Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on the ORYVANTA website by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date of your order. Please keep a copy for your records.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

The ORYVANTA website is operated by Abderrahim Mezzani, an independent seller based in Meknès, Morocco (“we”, “us”).

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly from one piece to another. Please check the size guide and the measurements shown on each product page before ordering.

Products are offered while stock lasts. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund it.

To order, add your items to your bag, enter your details, choose a delivery method, review your order and pay. Before paying, you can check and correct your order. Your order is confirmed once your payment is accepted; we then send a confirmation to your email address.

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a delivery address we cannot serve. In that case you will be informed and fully refunded.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative conversions; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

Depending on your country, taxes, import duties or customs fees may be charged when your order is delivered. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payment is made securely online through our payment provider, PayPal, using a PayPal account or, where available, a debit or credit card. Your payment is taken when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.

The countries we deliver to, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown on our Delivery page and at checkout. A tracking number is sent to you when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed. If it is not delivered within the time agreed, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, if it still does not arrive, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Please check your parcel on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged or incomplete.

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, it runs from receipt of the last one.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to contact.oryvanta@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal, following the instructions on our Returns page. Unless stated otherwise on that page, the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition; you may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it, including the return costs.

You also benefit from the legal guarantees that apply in your country, such as the legal guarantee of conformity, which in the European Union covers defects that appear within at least two years of delivery.

We are responsible for the proper performance of your order, within the limits of the law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or carrier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

We process your personal data to handle your order, as explained in our Privacy policy.

For any question or complaint, contact us at contact.oryvanta@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours and will always look for a friendly solution first. If we cannot agree, you may also contact an alternative dispute resolution body where one is available in your country.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established. This does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts that the law allows you to use.

We may update these terms. The new version applies to orders placed after it is published on this page.
